We work by the job
Every project starts with a written agreement that lists exactly what we will build or deliver, the price, and the timeline. You approve it before any work starts.
No surprise work or charges
We only do the work in the agreement. If you want something extra, we will tell you what it costs first and only start once you say yes.
Payment
Websites are paid half up front and half when the site goes live. Monthly services like hosting are billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime.
Your information and content
Anything you give us, like logos, photos, logins, and customer details, is used only for your project. We never sell it or use it for anything else without your permission.
What you own
Once your project is paid in full, the website and content we made for you are yours.
Changes and revisions
Each project includes a round of revisions so you get what you want. Bigger changes after approval are quoted separately.
